1. The ranking is based on the underwriting of corporate and foreign bonds which are offered in Thailand in accordance with the SEC regulations and registered with ThaiBMA. From 2014 the data include both local and foreign currency denominated bonds offered in Thailand.

2. The data exclude the bonds that the issuer and the underwriter are the same company.

3. The criteria used for the above ranking might not be necessarily the same as that used for "Best Bond Award".
